Pastor Geoff’s first time in church was at the age of 32 where he heard the message of salvation, believed the Lord and responded with a heart to lead as many people as possible to Jesus. With Linda his wife, they planted the church in September, 1998 for that purpose.

Buddy Wood is the Youth Pastor at Willow Bend Community Church, dedicated to creating a Christ‑centered environment where students feel valued, supported, and inspired. An engineer by training and an athlete at heart, Buddy brings both problem‑solving skills and high‑energy enthusiasm to youth ministry. His love for kids drives everything he does, from mentoring teens to building programs that help them grow in faith and character.

Children’s Ministry Director
Cat Wood serves as the Children’s Director at Willow Bend Community Church, where she loves helping kids discover the love of Jesus in a real, fun, and meaningful way. She brings warmth, creativity, and a teacher’s heart to every ministry moment. Cat is also a teacher, homeschool evaluator, and homeschool mom of four. She enjoys staying active, especially through volleyball, and hopes every child she meets feels seen, valued, and invited into God’s story.

Women’s Ministry Director
Olga Walker serves as the Director of Women’s Ministry at Willow Bend Community Church. Guided by the truth of 1 Corinthians 8:6, “for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live,” Olga’s ministry is centered on pointing women back to God as the source of life, hope, and direction. Her prayer is that every woman would know she is deeply loved by the Father and called to live fully for Him.

Worship Director
Phyllis Graves serves as the Worship Leader at Willow Bend Community Church, where she helps lead the congregation in heartfelt praise and worship. With a love for the Lord and a desire to honor Him through music, Phyllis creates space for people to draw near to God, reflect on His goodness, and worship Him together. Her heart is to use music not as a performance, but as an invitation — helping every person lift their eyes to Jesus and experience the joy, peace, and presence of God.
Margie Lloyd
Benevolence Director
Margie Lloyd serves as the Benevolence Director at Willow Bend Community Church, where she helps care for individuals and families in times of need. With a compassionate heart and a desire to serve others, Margie helps extend the love of Christ in practical and meaningful ways. Her ministry reflects the heart of Jesus by offering kindness, encouragement, and support to those facing difficult seasons. Margie’s hope is that every person who receives care feels seen, valued, and reminded that they are not alone.

Men’s Ministry Director
Greg Taylor serves as the Men’s Ministry Director at Willow Bend Community Church, where he has a heart for helping men grow in faith, character, and brotherhood. He is passionate about encouraging men to follow Christ, support one another, and live with purpose in their homes, church, and community. Through fellowship, prayer, and biblical encouragement, Greg’s hope is to create a place where men feel welcomed, strengthened, and challenged to become the men God has called them to be.
